 NICHOLAS J. AYNILIAN Director, Audit Committee, Compensation Committee NICHOLAS J. AYNILIAN, age 43, is Founder, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Vanick Properties Incorporated a real estate management and development firm, from 1987 to present. He is the Founder, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Aynilian Funding Corporation, a private finance firm, from 1992 to present. He is Founder and Sole Proprietor of N.J.A. Investments, a private investment firm, from 1986 to present and Founder and Sole Proprietor of LINIX Realty, LLC, a private real estate and insurance services firm, from 2003 to present. He is Founder and Managing Member of NAVA REALTY, LLC, a Licensed Real Estate Broker founded in 2005. Mr. Aynilian is also Founder and Managing Partner or Member of numerous real estate and lending partnerships and limited liability companies from 1981 to present. He also serves as Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of N. Y. Aynilian & Co., Inc., his family’s import/export business, from 1982 to present. Directorships include Global Gold Corporation (publicly traded) since 2002, Port Nexus Corp. (private) since 2004 and Newport Systems, LLC (private) since 2006. Mr. Aynilian has served on boards and committees of numerous religious and civic organizations in a variety of capacities throughout his career. Mr. Aynilian a graduated Dwight-Englewood School, a preparatory
high school, in 1981 and Fairleigh-Dickinson University, with a
Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 1983 and an Masters in Business
Administration. in Finance/Investments in 1985. He is a licensed
real estate broker and a licensed property and casualty insurance
producer. He has 25 years of experience in the real estate management
